• When tenants give notice to us on vacating the property we will ensure that it is listed immediately for a short term turnaround.
• Detailed accounting systems in place to provide monthly payments and statements. Pay accounts such as rates, maintenance and body corporate fees.
• End of Financial year a comprehensive statement of the activities of your investment.
• Communication with our landlords and tenants is our priority.
• Our team is up to date at all times with various legislations, and the Residential Tenancies Authority Act.
