Contact the Landlord regarding any maintenance that may be required.
Three months prior to lease renewals we will contact the landlord to discuss the rental market and put forward any proposed rent increases in renewing the agreement.
Top quality photograph’s will be taken and placed on our web site,
Real estate.com and on our in house rental list.
When tenants give notice to us on vacating the property we will ensure that it is listed immediately for a short term turnaround.
Detailed accounting systems in place to provide monthly payments and statements. Pay accounts such as rates, maintenance and body corporate fees.
End of Financial year a comprehensive statement of the activities of your investment.
Communication with our landlords and tenants is our priority.
Our team is up to date at all times with various legislations, and the Residential Tenancies Authority Act.
